Setting up an Email Account in Microsoft Outlook

Open Microsoft Outlook
2.
Go to Tools
3.
Email Accounts
4.
Add a New Email Account
5.
Click Next
6.
Server type is POP3
7.
Click Next
8.
Enter your Name and Email Address under User Information
9.
Enter your Username and Password under Login Information
10.
Enter mail.bbc.net for both Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers under Server Information
11.
Click Test Account Settings to Verify the information is entered correctly
12.
Click Next then Finish to complete your account setup
